Sitting on Red Lion Square, Summit House can be found just a few minutes away from Holborn tube station off High Holborn and the A40. Inspired by the art deco aesthetic and beautiful façade of this 1920s former head office for Austin Reed, we worked with Stockholm-based Note Design Studio on the interiors. As a result the private offices, meeting space, and drop-in lounge of Summit House have a classic feel, with geometric shapes, gridwork and tiered designs. The fourth floor roof terrace is the icing on the cake.

Founded in 2003 having previously worked in traditional real estate and the serviced office world. We have always focused on design, making sure each workspace is different and individual. It’s hugely important to us that we respond to the architecture, location, and context of each building; we figured if we did that, then each location would belong to the people who use them rather than us and generate a real sense of ownership and community.So, we want to create beautifully designed buildings and progressive memberships, making the spaces (and contracts) flexible to allow businesses to thrive.
