The project involved the retention and restoration of two Grade II listed buildings, which were some of the first properties to be built on this street in 1722. It has been designed with careful consideration with a rich texture of modern finishes and traditional styles. The building’s historic period features were restored to reflect its listing and Georgian heritage.
From involvement in initial feasibility back in 2013, this project was a labour of love across nearly eight years for B&CO, being completed in September 2021.
