About Host
Back in 2017, we realised we needed a co-working space in order to allow our team do hybrid working without paying for a large office space for the rare times we were all together. Thus the idea for The Racquets Court was born.
The Racquets Court was a former sports court originally built in 1888 and had lain derelict for over 15 years before we purchased it. We completely renovated the inside of the building to match our forward thinking plans for the space yet maintained some of the stunning original features such as the Victorian spiral staircase and glass ceiling. We opened our doors in 2019.
The Racquets Court is run by people who understand the importance of designing spaces that are fit for purpose both for the business and for the people who work in it. The Racquets Court is designed to offer a location which impresses colleagues, clients and, in a tight labour market, an attractor for potential employees.
