How often is the data updated?
Weekly. The latest snapshot is from October 2026, and every table, chart and figure in the guides regenerates after each load. The quarterly reports summarise the quarter's snapshots.
How many offices does the research cover?
8,570 offices and desks across the UK, 7,860,022 sq ft of space and room for 148,706 people, as at October 2026.
What does the median desk rate mean?
The middle asking price per person per month across all private offices listed in an area, so half the offices cost less and half cost more. It is quoted per desk because flexible offices are priced that way; a six person office at £400 a desk is six times that a month plus VAT.
