4 individual desks (suit 2 or 4 people sharing private reception area) or we have 3 extra individual desks suitable for one person dispersed throughout the main studio area. Available on monthly rental basis working in a pleasant open plan Studio with usually 2 to 3 other friendly studio members sharing the space. We have a kitchen and small bathroom and a private meeting room with table and 6 chairs for meetings that you have access to if required. There is a spacious seating area with sofa to relax watch TV, eat lunch, have coffee away from desk. The space is available from January 2nd 2025 for up to 6 months. Perfect for start up business wanting to have space to operate professionally and grow. The Workshop is well hidden in a residential area overlooking gardens and woodlands and open garden spaces accessible for walking. About Host
We’re a friendly professional team based just outside Guildford in Compton, near Watts Gallery. The Workshop is open office space overlooking extensive landscaping. Access via private gated entrance area with private off road parking for up to 6 cars. High security alarm system and cameras cover all access routes and the grounds at all time, linked directly to security team and police call out. The studio is open plan, comfortable light and airy with fast net broadband connections. There are up to 7 desks available at any one time depending on needs. 4 maximum within reception area, up to 4 individual desk spaces located within the studio space itself. Everyone has access to shared break out rest areas with TV screen (usually playing quite music/ relaxing scenes/ or news, can be turned off, all team respectful of each others needs at any time if needing to use phones). There is a large meeting room with table and chairs for up to 6 people which can be used if booked in advance free of charge when available. Meeting room might be booked or repurposed if a start up company are interested in securing larger space for small team to work together, (reception and meeting area combined can be seperated by adjoining doors for privacy). Please make enquiries at time of your booking as meeting room can also be rented out on a month by month basis. We have high security at the studio, will require a deposit and one month advance agreed rent. We have full professional indemnity and buildings insurance for the property. References will be required for successful applicants.
