The Haylofts space was, in a past life, the stables for Newcastle Breweries, built circa 1840. Offices run around a cobbled courtyard with lofts upstairs.

Our spaces each have their own identity and reflect our mission: Property with personality. Our Front of House team are always on hand to help and we work hard to make the spaces stylish, inspiring places to work. We have everything from private offices, studio space and industrial warehouses. Organisations of all shapes and sizes are welcome at all of our locations.
Each of our meeting rooms offer something a little different and come fully equipped with smart screen televisions, Wi-Fi and have catering options available. We have meeting spaces available in Newcastle City Centre, the Ouseburn and Gateshead.
Our locations are interesting, but what makes us special is our sense of community. We have an eclectic mixture of businesses within our workspaces and bring people together through regular community events including dog shows and coffee mornings. The community environment cultivates collaboration which enables people to build connections and work with their neighbours.
