AJS provide FREE high-speed internet. With 200mb up and download speeds this connection is exceptional in all areas of the building and a facility we are proud to offer.

We can help source phone services with the provider AJS use. You will be able to take on your own contract with our nominated supplier on a 6,12- or 24-month plan. The best option is to buy a handset from them at £75.00, which is then yours to keep. Then, the line rental per month is just £15 which includes all calls to 01,02,03 and major mobiles (international calls are extra). Please note, the contract with the supplier will be under your terms, no responsibility for contracts or costs will be associated to AJS.

The meeting room on the ground floor can be accessed by all tenants. The room seats up to 7 people with dual screen and a PC. Each tenant will be provided a certain amount of ‘Free Hours’ per month in the meeting room to be agreed upon. Any time used over the ‘Free Hours’ will be charged at £7.50 per 15 minutes. We operate a first come first served booking procedure on a fair use policy.
On the first floor there is a shared communal kitchen. This comprises of a fridge, kettle, and ‘Bean to Cup’ coffee machine with unlimited use.

Location:
Our Offices are located on Baldock Industrial Estate – a popular location ideally situated next to the town’s large supermarket. With Baldock town centre only 5 minutes’ walk, the busy town hosts a variety of skips, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. We are also only a 15-minute walk from the train station, which provides a direct line to London King’s Cross. The estate is located on London Road in Baldock which provides direct access to the A1/M Junction 9, with a 15-minute drive to Stevenage and approximately 1 hours drive to Central London.

General Information:
Regular office hours are 8.00am-5.00pm, but accessible 24hours a day for key holders. Included in any contract will be access control fobs free of charge at the beginning of the tenancy and returned at the end. There is a £10.00 replacement fee for any lost or non-returned fobs. We can deactivate fobs if required.
