Set behind a full height floor to ceiling glass screen our podcast studio offers a 4-person professional broadcast standard podcasting suite. The studio can be provided for self-hire, but if you’d like a little extra help an engineer can be provided. We also have contact with a number of local professional broadcasters, who can help you produce your podcast or host a show, be it a one-off or part of a series. Keycode entry means you can access studio even outside normal office hours, with special evening rates available. At the heart of the studio is an easy-to-use, all-in-one podcast console, that brings a new level of simplicity and professionalism to podcasting production. Whether you are just starting out, or are a seasoned broadcast professional, Studio 50 offers the answer. There is a small kitchenette offering bottled chilled and hot water with tea and coffee supplied, although we ask you not to place drinks on the studio desk to protect the broadcast equipment. There are four broadcast quality microphones for studio guests with the additional option of connecting your phone, either via Bluetooth or the cable supplied, for remote telephone guests. There are four sets of broadcast quality studio headphones. The podcast studio desk console operates as a standalone unit, recording direct to microSD card, so you can be up and running in minutes, or if you choose you can record to your laptop via USB, to make use of your own recording software, if you have it.
