In 1997 Capital Space Ltd set out to provide business premises suitable for start up and growing businesses. It led to the opening of our first centre in Colchester in 1998. It was followed by a business centre in Sittingbourne two years later, Southend in 2001, Kings Hill in 2002, Chelmsford in 2003, Harlow and Croydon in 2004 and Milton Keynes in 2008. Today, we aim to provide accommodation in offices, studios or workshops suitable for different types of businesses. Each of the three types of accommodation is provided in a variety of sizes to accommodate the flexible needs of growing businesses with changing demands. Offices are contained within well presented buildings, whilst studios are more independent, and workshops provide larger space for a production or storage facility. Every property is available on simple, flexible, monthly licence terms that enable our customers to upgrade to larger space, or to downsize, by giving one month's written notice at any time. Costs are rolled into a single monthly payment, collected by direct debit on the first day of every month which makes budgeting easy and straightforward. Dedicated centre management teams are available onsite to provide professional, friendly and reliable support and to ensure that our business services, ranging from call answering to mail handling, offer unbeatable value for money.
