Description

The AJS building is a modern, recently refurbished venue. With 12 spacious office suites, communal kitchen and superfast broadband, our offices are a sort after commodity within Baldock town.
Free use of the meeting room on the ground floor is included. The room seats up to 7 people with dual screen and HDMIC leads to allow devices to be connected.

On the first floor there is a shared communal kitchen. This comprises of a fridge, microwave, kettle, and ‘Bean to Cup’ coffee machine with unlimited use.
Each office uses access control and furniture can be provided for a small monthly fee (depending on what items we have in stock).

Location:
Our Offices are located on Baldock Industrial Estate – a popular location ideally situated next to the town’s large supermarket. With Baldock town centre only 5 minutes’ walk, the busy town hosts a variety of skips, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. We are also only a 15-minute walk from the train station, which provides a direct line to London King’s Cross. The estate is located on London Road in Baldock which provides direct access to the A1/M Junction 9, with a 15-minute drive to Stevenage and approximately 1 hours drive to Central London.

General Information:
Regular office hours are 8.00am-5.00pm, but accessible 24hours a day for key holders. There is free onsite parking.
