We offer flexible day passes, monthly memberships, and dedicated desks for freelancers, remote workers, consultants, and small teams who want a proper place to work without the commitment or formality of a traditional office.Located at 14 Windermere Road, N19 5SG — close to Upper Holloway Overground, the Whittington Hospital, and the cafes and shops of Archway and Highgate.

About the operator
Bespoke Spaces is an independent North London workspace company. We run two locations — coworking and private offices in Archway, N19, and a larger building on Hornsey Road with parking. Flexible contracts, responsive management, and a rooftop sauna and cold plunge for members.
Hornsey Road is the larger of our two buildings. It was converted from four warehouses, so you get high ceilings, big Crittall windows, skylights and more room than most North London serviced offices at this price. There's on-site parking (at an extra monthly cost), phone booths, shared kitchens and bike storage. It's independent and owner-operated, so when something needs sorting you deal with the people who run the building.
Compared with our Archway building, Hornsey Road has more space, parking and lower office prices. Archway is closer to the Tube and has the rooftop sauna.
