Coworking desk for 1 person in London, Greater London for £200 / desk / month +vat
If you and/or your colleagues are looking for safe, socially distant and cost effective place to work in the South Wimbledon / Morden area then this private office share may for you. The work space on offer respects all of the latest rules from the govt in regards to Covid-19 and has a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.

The photographs are recent and show the current office layout. We can agree on the working area that can be allocated to your business during discussions. Storage space for files, paperwork and potentially some stock (if its small) can be provided too.

This is a PRIVATE closed door office and even on the busiest of days you will only see a handful of people walking around the building. After 6pm on weekdays and on weekends it will basically be dead with the exception of myself working late and some Saturdays.

There will be 2-3 others in the office with you but there is plenty of room to work 2 metres apart. The office is also regularly cleaned with Covid safe measures in place. We have a quiet work environment as we communicate online.

You will have up to 1-2 dedicated desks and chairs. You can also have your post sent to the office and use it as the registered office given to Companies House and HMRC if you wish.

Ideally looking for a commitment of at least 6 month commitment (paid 1 month in advance) but 12 months is preferred. Business/individuals must respect current and any new Covid-19 related restrictions imposed by the government.

Refund Guarantee – If you move in and new rules come in that restrict individuals from travelling beyond x miles from their house/flat and the office is beyond that limit in your circumstances then you will only pay up until the point the rule came in. Funds pre-paid after that point will be refunded to you in full.

The office is just 12 minutes from South Wimbledon or Morden tube stations on the Northern Line (its in the middle of both), 7 minutes from Morden Tram stop (with Wimbledon overground 8 minute tram ride away).

Managed Mail Service is a company that provides virtual franking services. Customers are able to send letters, photos, postcards and track it through us. We also provide other similar services through our app and computer software. We are a small business as there is only 3 of us in the office and a few members of our team are abroad but we are hoping to hire a few more people.
