Max Fordham have up to 8 desks available in our open-plan office and are seeking a single tenant to take as many of these spaces as possible.
We are proposing a rolling one-month contract to provide flexibility for both parties.
You would be sharing the space with us—and no one else. The desks are grouped together, allowing you to have your own dedicated area within the office.
We are engineering consultants, and St Andrew’s House has been our home since 2014. Over the years, we’ve made numerous improvements to enhance the space and reduce its environmental impact. We have a green lease with our landlord, an in-house energy champion who monitors and reduces energy consumption, and plenty of greenery in the office to foster a connection with nature.
Included in the offer are access to the Wi-Fi network, meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, personal lockers, and bike storage. Further details are available on request.
The office is a 20-minute walk from the train station, very convenient for the bus station, and just a 5-minute walk from King's Parade.

Max Fordham comprises approximately 240 people, with around 20 based in our Cambridge office. We operate a hybrid working policy, meaning that the typical occupancy of the Cambridge office is between 12 and 15 people.
Our work involves a mix of quiet, high-concentration desk work, collaborative tasks, and Teams calls. While collaborative discussions and individual Teams meetings may take place around desks, more intensive or extended meetings are held in dedicated meeting rooms.
