Following a significant renovation in 1969-1970 after a fire, the interior was modernized while maintaining its historic charm. Today, Stanhope House operates as high-quality commercial office space, offering a blend of heritage and contemporary design. In 1999, the building was acquired, refurbished, and converted into office spaces by the HAB Group, a renowned property development and investment company.
