Up to 36 desks and chairs are available within the studio. The 160 sqm (1731sqft) space can be configured as an independent space with its own entrance, or as an open-plan share of the studio. All desks include wired broadband connectivity as well as dedicated wifi across the building. The space includes independent kitchen facilities, and a meeting room and phone booth. Shared meeting rooms are bookable and include full IT facilities.

The space is located within an innovative medium sized serviced office building, which has extensive break out spaces including a rooftop terrace overlooking the Regent’s Canal with views of central London. The building also includes communal café space at ground floor, cycle racks, WCs and showers.

Located on the bank of Regent’s Canal, adjacent to Kingsland Road in the heart of Haggerston’s creative quarter, the office is under a ten minute walk from Haggerston Station (Overground) and

Our office space is within the 6 Orsman Road building, on the bank of the Regents Canal in Haggerston. The building itself- which recently won an RIBA award- is environmentally friendly, constructed with a steel frame with extensive use of cross laminated timber.
