Our tenants include Barclays Bank, Exxon, Esso, BBC, LSE, Feather & Black, Poundland, The Home Office, and Medway Council and many more! Our management team and directors have a wealth of experience in property investment and development with a proven track record of growth and value creation. We have a hands on approach to managing our properties and tenants giving us stable and high occupancy rates across the portfolio.
